International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to offer worldwide shipping in the future as The Raven’s Feather Apothecary continues to grow.
Each order from The Raven’s Feather Apothecary is curated, packaged, and prepared with intention.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary by carrier:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International (if offered): varies by destination
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Tracking
Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates.
4. Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or postal disruptions.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked as delivered, packages are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Returned packages may require additional shipping fees.
7. Curated Items
Our bundles and mystery items are intentionally varied. Each order is uniquely assembled.
