About the Founder

The Raven's Feather Apothecary was founded by Stephanie Hamilton, an intuitive medium whose journey into the unseen began long before she understood the language of spirit.

From childhood, Stephanie experienced an awareness of those beyond the veil — sensing presences, receiving impressions, and carrying an enduring sense of knowing that often defied explanation. What others dismissed as coincidence or intuition gradually revealed itself as a natural connection to the spirit world.

As a teenager, Stephanie began offering tarot readings to friends, only to discover that the messages she delivered often extended far beyond the meanings of the cards themselves. Names, memories, personalities, and evidence from loved ones in spirit emerged with remarkable clarity, setting her upon a lifelong path of study, exploration, and spiritual development.

While living in London, England, Stephanie further cultivated her abilities through workshops at the prestigious Arthur Findlay College in Essex, widely regarded as one of the foremost institutions dedicated to the study and advancement of Spiritualism and psychic sciences. She also trained privately with experienced mediums who helped her strengthen and refine her connection to spirit communication.

In addition to her work as a medium, Stephanie is certified in Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy and is Reiki Level One and Two Attuned, bringing a holistic and compassionate approach to spiritual guidance and healing.

Working with her guides and drawing upon the gifts of Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience, and Claircognizance, Stephanie serves as an interpreter of whispers from beyond the veil — offering messages, comfort, insight, and guidance to those seeking connection with loved ones in spirit or clarity upon their own path.

For more than two decades, Stephanie has provided Mediumship and Tarot Readings for clients throughout the United States and internationally, helping others discover that love, memory, and connection endure beyond the boundaries of this world.
