Due to the nature of our offerings at The Raven’s Feather Apothecary, all sales are considered final.

1. Physical Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges on curated bundles or mystery items.

2. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we may assist you.

3. Digital & Spiritual Services

All readings, mediumship sessions, and spiritual services are non-refundable once delivered or completed.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations may be allowed prior to shipment or service delivery at our discretion.

5. Final Note

Each offering is intentionally curated. Variations are part of the experience and are not considered defects.
